View MoreManuscripts must be prepared according to the journal template and submitted through the OJS 3 system. The manuscript should be typed in single spacing on A4 paper size with 2.5 cm margins on all sides. The recommended font is Cambria 12 pt.
Articles submitted to JSIM must be original works, not previously published, and not under consideration in other journals.
The title must be concise, clear, and informative (maximum 20 words). It should reflect the core activity and innovation of the community service program.
Include:
The abstract must be written in Bahasa Indonesia and English (maximum 250 words each) in a single paragraph. It should contain:
The abstract must not contain references, abbreviations, citations, formulas, or footnotes.
Provide 3–5 keywords that represent the core concepts of the article.
The introduction must explain:
Authors must describe the target community profile quantitatively and qualitatively, including socio-economic conditions and local potential.
This section must clearly describe:
The method must allow replication and clearly demonstrate how program effectiveness was measured.
This section must explain:
Results should be supported by relevant documentation such as tables, graphs, figures, or photographs directly related to the implementation.
Tables and figures must be integrated within the manuscript and placed close to their first citation. Each table and figure must be numbered consecutively and provided with a clear title.
Figures must have good resolution and must be relevant to the discussion. Irrelevant documentation will not be accepted.
The conclusion should clearly indicate:
Acknowledgments should be addressed to funding agencies, institutions, or individuals who significantly contributed to the implementation of the community service program.
All cited works must be listed in the reference list and vice versa. JSIM uses APA Style (7th Edition). At least 80% of references must be primary sources (journal articles, research reports, or proceedings) published within the last 10 years.
Authors are strongly encouraged to use reference management software such as Mendeley, Zotero, or EndNote.
The manuscript should be between 4,000–7,000 words, including references, tables, and figures.
